⚠️ Important Terms & Scope Notice
Basic hosting, domain and 2 basic email IDs are included as per the selected plan. Customization and additional development are chargeable separately. Premium hosting, dedicated cloud infrastructure, third-party APIs/services (SMS/WhatsApp API, Google Maps API, Travel/GDS APIs), payment gateway transaction charges, and Google Play Store ($25 one-time) / Apple App Store ($99/year) developer account fees are payable directly by the customer.
Additional Charges & Important Terms
1. Customization Charges
All custom features, bespoke design changes, custom third-party integrations, additional modules, or functionality outside the defined package scope are charged separately based on estimated engineering hours.
2. Hosting Infrastructure
Packages include Basic Shared/Cloud Hosting suitable for standard traffic. Websites requiring high storage, high bandwidth, heavy databases, or dedicated cloud clusters can upgrade to managed AWS/DigitalOcean infrastructure at additional cost.
3. Domain Name
One standard domain extension (.com / .in / .co.in / .org) is included in active subscriptions. Premium domains, rare extensions, trademarked names, or secondary domain aliases are payable separately.
4. Business Email
Each package includes 2 standard webmail/IMAP business email accounts. Enterprise Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 migrations are supported and billed per mailbox as per Google/Microsoft pricing.
5. Payment Gateways
Payment gateway configuration (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, PhonePe, Paytm) is included. Transaction fees (typically 1.8% to 2.5% + GST) and merchant KYC verification are handled directly with the gateway provider.
6. App Store & Play Store Publishing
For app packages, developer account registration costs (Google Play Console $25 one-time, Apple Developer Program $99 annual) are payable by the customer. iAmple manages build compilation and upload.
7. Third-Party APIs & Services
Any paid third-party services such as WhatsApp Cloud API, SMS gateways, Google Maps billing, travel flight/hotel inventory APIs, or logistics/shipping APIs are billed per usage directly by the respective providers.
8. App Store Compliance & KYC
The customer is responsible for providing valid company registration documents, DUNS number (for Apple), GST certificates, Privacy Policy disclosures, and terms required by Google/Apple compliance policies.
9. Content & Media Data
Website content, product details, property listings, travel packages, high-res photos, and logos must be provided by the client. Professional copy creation and custom photography can be quoted separately.
10. Maintenance & Technical Support
Active subscriptions include continuous server uptime monitoring, security patches, framework updates, automated backups, and bug resolution for existing features.
💳 Payment Terms & Billing Cycles
Website & Digital Platform Packages
- 1 Quarter + 1 Quarter (3 Months) Advance Payment is required to initiate the project/service.
- After the initial payment period, the customer must pay 1 Quarter (3 Months) in advance for continued service.
- The standard ongoing billing cycle will therefore be quarterly in advance.
- Monthly payment options may be available only with prior written approval from iAmple.
- Domain registration, premium services, third-party APIs, payment gateway services, app-store charges, and other applicable third-party expenses require 100% advance payment.
- Any customization or development outside the selected package will be charged separately and may require advance payment.
Digital Marketing Packages
- 1 Month Advance Payment is required to initiate the digital marketing service.
- Thereafter, digital marketing services will be billed monthly in advance, unless a different billing cycle is agreed in writing.
- Advertising budget is separate from the digital marketing service fee and must be paid/funded before campaigns are launched.
- Services may be paused if the applicable payment is not received by the due date.
- Work already completed, approved expenses, advertising spend, and third-party charges remain payable even if the customer subsequently cancels the service.
- Additional services outside the selected package will be charged separately.
