Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all transactions executed with iAmple Solutions for website packages, turnkey business portals, native mobile apps, custom software engineering, and digital marketing growth retainers.

2. Website & Digital Platform Packages (Quarterly Billing)

For packages such as ₹999 Business Website, ₹1,499 Education Portal, ₹1,999 Real Estate Portal, ₹1,999 Travel Portal, ₹2,499 E-Commerce Website, and App Suites:

• Initial Advance Payment: 1 Quarter + 1 Quarter (3 Months) Advance Payment is required to initiate the project/service.
• Ongoing Billing Cycle: After the initial payment period, the customer must pay 1 Quarter (3 Months) in advance for continued service. Standard ongoing billing is quarterly in advance.
• Monthly Options: Monthly payment options may be available only with prior written approval from iAmple.
• Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving written notice at least 15 days prior to your next scheduled billing quarter.
• Active Service Period Non-Refundable: Payments once made for the active service period/quarter are non-refundable. The service remains active until the end of that paid quarter; no prorated partial refunds are issued.
• Account Inactivity: In the event of subscription termination or non-payment exceeding 15 days, server resources and portal instances may be decommissioned. Clients may request an export of their raw databases prior to decommissioning.

3. Digital Marketing Growth Plans (Monthly Advance)

For digital marketing tiers (₹4,999 to ₹99,999/month):

• Monthly Advance Retainer: 1 Month Advance Payment is required to initiate service. Thereafter, services are billed monthly in advance.
• Advertising Budget: Ad spend on Google/Meta is separate from the service fee and must be paid/funded before campaign launch. Ad spend consumed on ad networks is non-refundable.
• Work Already Completed: Work already completed, approved creative production, advertising spend, and third-party expenses remain fully payable even if cancellation is requested.
• No Retrospective Refunds: Fees paid for completed or ongoing months of marketing services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Minimum Recommended Commitment: A minimum 3-month window is strongly advised for organic SEO and ad optimization to yield measurable returns.

4. Custom Bespoke Software & Milestone Projects

For custom bespoke software engineering with defined milestone contracts:

• Milestone Approvals: Payments released upon client sign-off of specific project milestones (e.g. Wireframes, Frontend UI, Beta Testing) are final and non-refundable.
• Pre-Development Cancellation: If a project is cancelled prior to development commencement, an administrative discovery fee of 15% will be deducted, and the remaining advance balance will be returned.

5. Strictly Non-Refundable Expenses

Under no circumstances can refunds be issued for third-party pass-through costs, including but not limited to:

• Domain name registrations and renewals with registrars.
• Apple Developer Program ($99) and Google Play Console ($25) developer fees.
• Direct advertising expenditure consumed on Meta, Google, or LinkedIn ad networks.
• Third-party API consumption charges (SMS gateways, WhatsApp API, Google Maps, Travel GDS).
• Payment gateway transaction convenience charges.

6. Cancellation Procedure

To request a service cancellation, submit an official email request from your registered corporate email to billing@iample.in detailing your Company Name, Account ID, and Reason for Cancellation. Our billing team will acknowledge within 24-48 business hours.
